Research On Economic Evaluation Method For Railway Transportation Company Of Engineering Group

With the continuous reform of railway freight transportation, the railway transportation market is opening up, which makes the rail access threshold gradually reduced, the market is no longer a monopoly. At the same time, highways, waterways, aviation and other transport industry is booming, the market is becoming more competitive, while railway is losing its freight market share, therefore, rail transport enterprises must improve their competitiveness. However, most of railway transport enterprises still employ the traditional and uneconomical method, which can not meet the demands of effective and accurate economic benefit evaluation, further more it makes the enterprises loss its market competitiveness. Therefore, how to make full use of the existing information for a father comprehensive analysis of economic efficiency is the key for the railway transportation enterprises to adapt to the market competition and adjust the production and operation activities effectively.In view of this, this article takes a transportation engineering branch company as an example, discuss on its operation management and analysis the following aspects of content.(1) Structure analysis. Through the investigation on the spot, the property company, business positioning analysis; using PEST and SWOT method to analyze the macro environment and micro environment of the company, concluded that the company’s transportation economic benefit evaluation of the necessity and urgency.(2) Transport operations analysis. On one hand, the analysis of the transport production companies involved in labor productivity, traffic and transportation income; on the other hand analysis the problems existing in the current management specification, thus draws a preliminary conclusion that transportation company economic benefits of the influencing factors.(3) Transportation benefit assessment modeling and empirical analysis. Firstly, a ccording to the index selection theory and the actual operations of the company, we co nstruct the evaluation system contains seven elements. Then, process questionnaire re suits with entropy method and MATLAB to get the index weight, at the same time use multilevel grey benefit evaluation model to get the comprehensive evaluation. Finally , according to the final analysis results of the model, we preliminary proposed some m easures to improve the economic efficiency of transport for the smaller economic gro wth weak link of transportation and production process.The benefit evaluation model we constructed has a strong pertinence, good practicability and feasibility, and the process of analyze on a company is also classical, which can be used to assessment economic benefit of railway transport enterprises and improve its market competitiveness.
