In recent years, with "the Internet +" action plan put forward by the central government, the traditional industries have ushered in the historic development opportunity, and this plan has also brought great impact to agriculture. How to use the Internet thinking and technical platform to realize the innovation of the agricultural products sales model is becoming the current pressing problem. This paper taking the fruit sales enterprises in Shanxi Yuncheng area as the research object analyses the current situation of fruit sales in the region. Against the background of the Internet make the comparative analysis of the old and new sales model of fruit sales business, point out the plight of the traditional fruit sales model, and elaborate the innovation principle of the new fruit sales mode as well as the specific implementation plan. Comparing with the traditional sales model, make a complete framework for the Shanxi Yuncheng area fruit sales and form a set of the Internet fruit sales model system. What’s more, from the practice of sales mode innovation, adopt customer-centric value, take the Internet as a marketing platform, as well ad make the human resource management and organizational operations management etc as the guarantee of the new marketing. Thus to make Yuncheng area fruit sales enterprise complete fruit sales model innovation as soon as possible, to maintain its competitive advantage in the increasingly competitive environment, and to do the fruit industry bigger and stronger in the region.
