Research On Software Enterprise Knowledge Management Based On SOA

Since Gartner first proposed the concept of SOA in 1996, the SOA’s flexibility, loose coupling, reusability and so on are favored by most software companies, and have become the inevitable mode of enterprise’s IT strategic architecture. At the same time, SOA as a software technology, whose concept is introduced into the software enterprise knowledge management and information system with the enterprise business process, can makes the knowledge acquisition, accumulation, sharing, learning, using and innovation and so on simple and sequential by the classification, encoding, storage and management of enterprise knowledge, and can constantly improves their personal and organizational overall level of knowledge, so as to enhances the competitive advantages of enterprise and brings value to the enterprise.This paper which combines with the concept, technical characteristics, architecture model of SOA and the theory of knowledge management and so on makes a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, hierarchical structure, strategy and process and so on of software enterprise knowledge management, and on this basis, the model, operation mode and commerce mode of software enterprise knowledge management based on SOA are innovative proposed. Among them, the innovative model of software enterprise knowledge management based on SOA is a layered architecture which is composed of knowledge base, supporting software and knowledge portal; the innovative operation mode of software enterprise knowledge management based on SOA mainly contains the transformation of development mode from customized development of high cost to service-oriented integration of low cost by the knowledge accumulation of software enterprise, improving the successful rate of software project by WBS creation and definition of knowledge to discover and solve problem of lack of knowledge, and making the software knowledge which is difficult to understand inter-departmental sharing and using by the product integration tool of knowledge management platform; the innovative commerce mode of software enterprise knowledge management based on SOA mainly contains drawing up the long tail strategy, the product delivery of a la order mode, and pricing and billing by knowledge and so on. Finally, this paper makes an empirical study by H Software Company as an example, and analyzes the current situation, achievements and main existed problems of knowledge management of H Software Company, and puts forward countermeasures of knowledge management based on SOA. First, we should build the platform of software enterprise knowledge management based on SOA which is all to service as the center to further improve the reuse rate of knowledge and reduce the cost of project implementation and product development by the accumulation of software services, so as to improve the profitability of H Software Company. At the same time, we should find the core knowledge of enterprise to give priority to and focus on the development of core product for enhancing the core competitiveness of H Software Company; second, we should change the traditional operation mode for the operation mode of knowledge management based on SOA; third, we should apply the commerce mode of software enterprise knowledge management based on SOA; fourth, we should combine with the organizational structure, enterprise culture, learning environment and security measures and so on of knowledge management based on SOA to promote the effective implementation of knowledge management of H Software Company.
