Research On Tacit Knowledge Management Of Architecture Design Enterprises

In the ear of knowledge economy, knowledge has becoming a very important resource for the enterprise to survive, develop and obtain competitive advantage in the ferocious market competition. The tacit knowledge is the source of knowledge innovation, the object of knowledge converting, and the key point of capacity for independent innovation. Architecture design enterprise is a typical information-intensive organization; needs to utilize the management of knowledge, especially the tacit knowledge management, and in order to enhance the innovation and competition.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the functional requirement of tacit knowledge management system of architecture design enterprise based on the concepts and intension of tacit knowledge, tacit knowledge management and surveys and interviews involving project-affected people. Secondly, guiding principles on tacit knowledge management system of architecture design enterprise are proposed, and then overall framework and principal function of the system are designed. Moreover, the application of key point technology about tacit knowledge management is analyzed. Finally, take company A as example, measures about the application of tacit knowledge management in architecture design enterprise are proposed from four perspectives: strategy implementing, cultural development, organization constructing, motivation system.
