Nowadays, China is in an important period of strategic opportunities of the development of the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. However, with the development of social and economic structure, a large number of land resources, especially arable land, is occupied by construction, land supply and demand is increasingly grim, and the contradiction between human and land is increasingly prominent. How to make full use of land resources, and give full play to the comprehensive benefits of land use, has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current social sustainable development. Therefore, it is important to do a good job in land use planning. Through land use planning, we can achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and at the same time, the coordinated development of urban and rural construction, and the sustainable development of social economy. However, in the past, the lacks of land use planning on the spatial landscape pattern of ecological optimization considerations. In recent years, with the continuous development of landscape ecology, the principle is applied to the land use planning, which can effectively promote the maximum efficiency of land use, so that the planning becomes more scientific and reasonable. On the basis of relevant research at home and abroad, taking the southwest of typical agricultural development transition area--Longhua Town, Jiangjin District of Chongqing, as the study area, this paper analyzes the characteristics of landscape patterns of land-use in study area, and find the existing problems of land use, then based on the perspective of modern agricultural development, optimized the landscape pattern based on minimum cumulative resistance model, at last built fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of which involve 11 evaluation indexes from the three aspects of economic and social and ecological benefits to evaluate the land use efficiency after the implementation of the optimization results in the study area. The results show that:(1) Land use structure of the study area is relatively simple. Arable land area accounted for the entire landscape area is the largest, and it is the matrix of the whole landscape. The spatial form of cultivated land, forest land are more complex; the proportion of the whole landscape area of garden land, construction land and water area is not large, construction land and unused land mean patch size the same, the shape of construction land the most simple. However the degree of integral landscape patch is large, providing the conditions for the development of modern agriculture in contiguous areas; but the overall landscape distribution is not uniform, with poor connectivity. In terms of ecological sensitivity, low sensitive areas accounted for the largest proportion, mainly for cultivated land and garden plot, distributed in relatively flat terrain, the lower elevation area; contiguous strong, insensitive area accounted for the proportion of minimum, mainly for construction land and unused land, distribution is more fragmented.(2) Based on the perspective of modern agricultural development, using scenario analysis method and set different land use scenarios, and by using the theory of landscape ecology, from the three aspects of the source of ecological, ecological corridors, ecological nodes, the optimization scheme of landscape pattern of different land use scenarios is proposed: ?Expand and protect the region of the source of ecological which are consists of the waters of a large area(larger than 5hm2), better concentrated of woodland and garden(an area of more than 20hm2).?To improve connectivity, protect biodiversity, prevent soil erosion, and construct three types of ecological corridor, the Agricultural Production corridor, the Ecological Green Corridor, the Road Corridor.?Establish three types of nodes, the Agricultural production node, the Green nodes and the road node. From the optimization results can be seen, the area of ecological source of the integrated scenario is bigger than other two scenarios. And the distribution of ecological resources is also more uniform than other two scenarios. When constructed the ecological corridor system, the circulation of the material, energy and species of the integrated scenario are also stronger than other two scenarios. Moreover, the ecological nodes of the integrated scenario are more reasonable than the other two scenarios, whether in number function or in spatial distribution. Therefore, the optimization scheme of the integrated scenario is the best choice.(3) The fuzzy evaluation results show that the economic and social and ecological benefits all were from before rectification the lower level raise to the "good" rating of the rectification, score increased from 43.73, 33.89, 38.49 to 73.33, 60.33, 67.31, also does comprehensive benefit level from before the "poor" raise to the consolidation of "good", the score increased from 39.17 to 67.66, indicating a good effect of implementation of the optimization, a successful project. But to all kinds of benefits, there is room for further improvement.
