With the constant change for national politics, competitive environment and system reform and others of the internal and external circumstance, the existed mobile communication market channels form could not meet the development of market to hinder the issues for market. The main idea for this paper would provide the channels effect to make business extending for the future working of mobile communication market channels.The existed issues for the current channels status could be solved under the circumstance of special system for state-owned enterprise and the condition for controllable, variable and operation. This paper would research the current environment to judge the future market trend integrated the theory of marketing and channels conflict, 4C marketing mix, SWOT by the methods of market segmentation, BCG matrix and channels type analysis to make research for the current issues existed in the mobile communication corporation channels at first. Based on the analysis, self-support channels, agent channels and e-channel would be analyzed to improve and design to make is achieve. The implement of new design program must have the implement risks, for decreasing the risks of implement is as much as possible, this paper might bring forward the possible risks for the channels transformation to enact the supporting measures to prevent the risks.
