Between the rapid development of economic globalization today, shipping companies in terms of service and talent competition intensified. DSC company is a modern shipping service companies, it is strategic transition, need more high-quality personnel support and protection, how to keep good and motivate employees is an important topic of the enterprise human resources management. In order to attract and retain key talent, the enterprise needs according to the strategic design to a competitive and attractive salary management system, and motivate employees to meet the need of the development of the company.Starts with the basic theory of compensation, this paper analyzed the DSC company compensation management problems and the insufficiency, establish meet the diversified development of DSC companies pay management system, to improve enterprise cohesion, the enhancement enterprise’s core competitiveness, promote the transformation of enterprise and the goal of sustainable development. The main content of this study include:Frist, systematically combed the related concepts and theories of compensation management system design; Second, through the pay satisfaction survey, comprehensive analysis of DSC company compensation management present situation and existing problems; Three, the DSC company to clarify and job evaluation, establish the unified company post rank system, straighten out the DSC internal salary distribution relations, the implementation of high performance for the wage of oriented compensation, set up the company on the basis of the post rank the post performance salary system, widen the staff promotion of multi-channel, and DSC company senior management personnel and general managers design the compensation management scheme respectively, meet the demand of enterprises of different types of staff motivation; Four, make compensation and personal performance, department and company economic benefits, encourage employees improve work skills and job performance, have a purpose, a targeted Settings to optimize the programs, let the staff feel the concern of the enterprise, improve employee satisfaction; Five, the design compensation to guarantee the implementation of related measures, and improve enterprise human resources management level, ensure that compensation packages.Compensation management is a larger, more complex enterprise human resources management, systematic engineering, while the DSC company actual situation, this paper design and application effect of compensation management system has obtained certain, but there are many drawbacks, need in the process of the implementation of the compensation plan follow-up according to the actual supplement and complete inspection accordingly.
