Profit is the basic condition for the survival and development of enterprises in the incentive market competition, and the m arketing personnel is the m ain direct contributor of enterprises’ profits undoubtedly, whose perfor mance level af fects and restricts the implementation of enterprise strategy to a lar ge extent. Evaluating the knowledge, skills and quality and other aspe cts of marketing pe rsonnel objectively, justly and scientifically to guide the m arketing personnel’s performance continuous improvement is the major task that the enterprise strategic human resource management faced. As an enterprise, the bank has the comm on characteristic that the enterprise type enterprise had, but also has its own personal ity. Therefore, comparing with other types of marketing personnel, the banking marketing personnel has certain dif ferences in the quality requirements; their performance evaluation can’ t simply copy other types of enterprises.In this pap er, selected to the Agric ultural Bank of China branch CQ m arketers Performance Rating System for the study, one based on theoretical study and practical application of a combination of need, the second is based on the actual needs of my own work. For this reason, on the basis of learni ng, reference, drawing existing research ideas and methods, on the status of the analys is of the current situation of CQ branch marketing staff performance evaluation and problems, applying the competency model on performance evaluation of CQ branch marketing personnel, establishing a competency model of CQ branch m arketing personnel from basic knowledge, basic skills and business literacy in three dimensions, through the questionnaire and interview to inspect the applicab ility of the establishment of com petency model, and then reconstructing the performance evaluation system of CQ br anch of marketing stsff to give calculation methods of performance evaluation results in th eory, combined with CQ branch currently existing problems of the performance evaluation in practice, and performance evaluation based on the requi rements of the com petency model, put forward relevant proposals to implement the performance evaluation of CQ branch.
