Study On The Regional Differences And Influential Factors To Innovation Performance

The implementation of innovation driven strategy in China,promote the process of building an innovative country, how to scientifically and effectively reduce regional disparities, slow situation of unbalanced development of regional innovative solutions, so as to realize the coordination of regional innovation, sustainable development, this is a problem worthy of attention.We study the regional differences of innovation performance and its influencing factors, and then put forward some pertinent policy recommendations.Firstly reviews the relevant literature, the related concepts and reviews the regional innovation performance,put forward their own research; secondly using Theil index decomposition method and Kernel estimation of regional differences on the performance of Chinese innovation and its dynamic evolution is calculated to get such conclusion: the distribution of performance Chinese innovation has obvious spatial non equilibrium characteristics of.Theil index calculation results show that the difference in the overall sample period Chinese innovation performance is widening. Through the decomposition of the Theil index, the difference of eight regional innovation the performance of the region is the main source of overall differences. Non parametric estimation results show that with the passage of time, the Regional innovation performance continues to improve, but the regional polarization phenomenon has different trend; after the exploration of the differences were discussed by constructing knowledge production function model of regional innovation performance Chinese factors, selected four on regional innovation performance Chinese differences may influence the explanatory variables, the empirical results show that regional differences on innovation performance difference only in the level of economic development has no significant impact on differences in the level of human capital, and the difference of traffic convenience difference in statistics of R & D investment are significantly positive, but the effect degree is different; finally, the thesis research on the paper, according to the results of empirical research are put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper, on the basis of traditional research, combined with the spatialeconometric methods in economics, using Theil index decomposition method for differences in innovation performance in the study of management, at the same time using the wrong parameter estimation method of Kernel model, from the dynamic perspective is effective to calculate and analyze the evolution trend of regional innovation performance effect distribution of the the research results more robust and reliable.Based on empirical examines the differences in the level of economic development, the differences in the level of human capital, R & D investment effect of differences and convenient transportation of differences and other factors on innovation performance of regional differences and enrich the existing differences in innovation performance research methods and content. The follow-up study can further expand the influencing factors of the selected number of, to better in order to narrow the regional differences in innovation performance, to achieve coordinated regional development to provide policy recommendations.
