Banks grass-roots staff responsible for most of the work, their job characteristics have big workload, work pressure big, work environment and the new media and society people at all levels have close to lift and contact, etc. In recent years, with the rapid development of new media information technology and deep influence on people’s emotions and moods. Under this big background, this paper discusses how to study inspire bank grass-roots staff’s positive emotions, relieve the negative emotions of Banks grass-roots staff, more reliable and efficient implementation of emotion management is a very real and very meaningful research subject.Based on grassroots bank employees as the main research object, on the basis of thorough investigation, identified the five heavy difficult problem of research, one is the bank which by the new media environment, grass-roots staff and create positive and negative emotions; The second is the new media environment the influence of different emotions to bank grass-roots staff work; 3 it is the new media environment bank grass-roots employee’s emotion management present situation; Four is the new media environment factors affecting bank grass-roots staff emotion management; Fifth, how to strengthen the bank grass-roots staff emotion management under the new media environment.According to the above questions, designed and handed out questionnaires, according to the result of the investigation, combined with the emotion management related theory analysis of the five questions one by one. Eventually come to the conclusion that Banks grass-roots staff self emotion management ability generally, but the emotion management is a lack of understanding, grass-roots units generally lack of effective emotion management measures.Finally, through the comparative analysis of cases of emotion management at home and abroad, from three aspects: individual, organization, social specific emotion management strategies are put forward. In terms of the status quo of the current mood of the bank management, to improve bank management department and the grass-roots staff’s emotion management ability must first have a correct cognition about emotion management, on the basis of cognitive emotion management should learn to express themselves correctly, secondly on the basis of the organization department of the bank and the staff to be able to scientific regulate mood, finally, to perfect the system construction of emotion management.Only to seize the bank employee’s emotion management at the grass-roots level and analyze and solve problems caught quicker and more effective to solve the bank employee’s emotion management at the grass-roots level the weakness of the current and the insufficiency. Believe that through this study can to bank for emotion management problems of grassroots employees have a better idea and solution.
