Research On The Development Of Rural Industry In Anhui Under The Background Of New Urbanization

In recent years, the focus of research on three rural issues is not to solve the problem of food and clothing, but how to make farmers become rich and achieve a comprehensive well-off society. Only around the land for agricultural production can not make the vast majority of farmers get rich. The rural industry is a kind of special industrial mode, which takes the farmers as the main body and distributed in the countryside, and rooted in the agriculture. It plays an important role in developing the rural economy, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas and promoting the process of urbanization. At the same time, urbanization is the inevitable trend of human social and economic development, and it is the development goal of China’s modernization construction. Promoting the process of urbanization can not only to expand domestic demand, promote macroeconomic growth, but also to improve the people’s livelihood, to achieve social harmony. Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization process has been the important driving force to solve the two economic structure of urban and rural areas, and to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. And the urbanization rate is increasing year by year. With the continuous progress of urbanization, the government has put forward a new type of urbanization development strategy. It is pointed out that we should adhere to the combination of point surface and overall plan, and promote the coordinated development of large and medium sized cities and small towns, which for focusing on solving the problem of urbanization, and comprehensively improving the quality of urbanization. In the context of new urbanization, this paper analyzes the correlation between the level of new urbanization and the scale of rural industrial development. And how to develop the rural industry in the future to promote the development of new urbanization process is particularly important.By using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper studies the development of rural industry in Anhui Province under the background of new urbanization. By establishing the theoretical system of new urbanization and rural industrialization, this paper analyzes the status quo of the development of rural industry in Anhui under the background of new urbanization. Then using the empirical analysis method to establish the vector auto regression (VAR) model for the time series data of urbanization rate and rural industrial economy in Anhui Province during 1990-2014. In order to ensure the feasibility and reliability of model, then, useing the unit root testing, the Johansen co-integration testing, the Gelanfen causality testing and the variance decomposition to analysis the test model, which to study the relationship between urbanization and rural industrial economy. Then, by using the corresponding economic indicators of new urbanization and rural industrial of each city in Anhui province from 2005-2014,it set up a panel model to analysis the influence of new urbanization level on rural industrial economy. Finally, through the analysis of the empirical results, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the further development of rural industry in Anhui province.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, including research background, research purpose and significance, related concepts, research method, research content and structure. The second part is the domestic and foreign literature review. On the basis of the domestic and foreign literature, it reviews the research status of the new urbanization and rural industry systematically, and gives a brief evalution.The third part is the theoretical analysis part. Based on the description of the new urbanization process and rural industry development status in Anhui Province, it studies the impact of the new urbanization on the scale of rural industrial development in Anhui province from the quantitative and qualitative aspects. The fourth part is the empirical analysis. First of all, it uses the VAR model and the corresponding tests and analysis methods to analyze the relationship between urbanization and rural industry of Anhui province. Secondly,it uses the panel data of each city in Anhui province and the corresponding tests and analysis methods to study the effect of urbanization on rural industrial economy, then analysis it’s causes. The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion. Based on the analysis of VAR model and panel data results, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the further development of rural industry in Anhui province.
