The Construction Of Food Safety Assurance System From The Perspective Of Social Engineering

As we all know, food is the first necessity of the people. It has always been the material foundation for human survival. Meanwhile, food is also the material basis of human development. With the development of times, food safety is not only related to our personal safety and health, but also affects the social stability and the construction of a harmonious society. So food safety is one of the key issues in the world today.In recent years, with the development of productive forces and the improvement of people’s living standards in China, and China’s food safety problems are suffered serious challenges. The frequent major food safety problem has seriously affected people’s daily life, the food industry and even the national economic development of our country. In addition, it has also influenced the stability of the social development. Food safety is also a popular problem which is subject to the common concern of the people. It is related to the life and health safety of thousands of families. So we need to analyze the main problems of food safety in China. At the same time, this is also a social problem. Moreover, the social engineering philosophy is a new field in philosophy. It belongs to the philosophy of science and technology field which has a close connection with sociology. However, social engineering research can solve the problems which are barely worked out by sociological theory. As a unique way of thinking, the principal part of social engineering is the human as a social group. It is a practical activity which based on the theory of social science, and it takes social technology as the operating agency, adjusts social relations and coordination of social work, and then transforms the social world. Sequentially, it can further promote the harmonious development of society.The characteristics of social engineering determine that it is closely related to people’s daily life. It is important to discuss and study the characteristics of social engineering to build a harmonious society. On the perspective of social engineering philosophy, this paper analyzes the food safety issues and the current situation of our country, and put forward parts of the solutions. Food safety problems are derived from the society, and social engineering is used to adjust the human relations which are also an approach and a measure to transform and adjust the society. Furthermore, it can promote the harmonious development of society.The contents include four parts:Social engineering thinking is used to lead the food safety system, and implement the people-oriented scientific development concept. We can use social engineering design to promote the development of China’s food safety and security system, and construct the framework of food safety protection system to promote the development of China’s food safety and security system. We can use social engineering innovation to improve the construction of food safety protection system, and the social and public interests of the food safety protection system can reach a maximized state. We can use social engineering ethics of honesty and fairness to improve the seller’s credit. By establishing the public food safety exchange mechanism, we can regulate the development of China’s food safety protection system. With the understanding of the characteristics of social engineering, we try to grasp the construction of China’s food safety system, and form the rational construction of food safety guarantee system.
