Human resources as the core of the organization resources promote the development and progress of the entire organization, also more and more get the organization’s attention,so how to retain employees within the organization, how to improve their perceived organizational support, how to allow employees to play their biggest role as much as possible is the first thing to be considered and solved by the organization and their managers.For an organization, whether they pay attention to the contribution of employees to the organization, whether it is concerned with the interests and needs of employees can greatly affect the attitude of employees to work itself and the resulting behavior.According to organizational support theory, supportive human resource practices can be in will largely perceived organizational support on employee and organization of staff concern reflected.That is to say if employees can feel from the organization of supportive human resource practices, employees can be perceived to organization of concerned their and met with resistance to help themselves, and to understand the organization of their contribution to evaluation and the degree of concern, also may be appropriate to enhance their perceived organizational support, and ultimately achieve the purpose of promoting the development of the organization.At the same time, taking into account the special status of the public enterprise in our country and the huge role, so this paper selects the public enterprise employees as the object to study the influence of supportive human resource practices on employee perceived organizational support.In this paper, the theory of supportive human resource practices and perceived organizational support is reviewed and sorted out, and the theoretical model of the relationship between the two is established on the basis of the existing research results.The study was based on a total of 500 questionnaires from the public enterprise employees in the tap water industry, including 420 valid questionnaires,after the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,using structural equation model to construct the structure model of the influence of public enterprise supportive human resource practices on employee’s perceived organizational support,and through the correction found:there is a significant positive correlation between the supportive human resource practices of public enterprises and the employee’s perceived organizational support,that is to say,the supportive human resource practices, which is perceived by the public enterprise employees, can significantly improve the employee’s perceived organizational support.Among them, performance evaluation,growth opportunities, fair rewards and punishments and affective perceived organizational support, instrumental perceived organizational support has significant positive correlation;employee participation and affective perceived organizational support and there is a positive correlation between;the relationship between employee participation and instrumental perceived organization support is not significant.Based on the above conclusions, the useful suggestions for the practical management of public enterprises are put forward,including:(1) to establish a sound performance management system;(2) to provide employees with good growth opportunities;(3) to encourage employees to participate in and expand the channels of employee participation;(4)to develop and implement a fair and reasonable system of rewards and punishments in public enterprises.
