As the tissue environment becomes more complicated, the organizational structure is becoming more and more flat, the organizational development and progress increas-ingly depend on employees’proactive behavior. Employees’proactive behavior is not only conducive to the self-development of employees, but also helping to save the or-ganization’s management costs.Therefore, it is an important problem, how to encourage the employees’proactive behavior, which the researchers and managers are facing. To study the influencing fac-tors is the point of penetration to solve the problem. Based on relevant literatures, we can find that transformational leadership exerts great impact on employees’proactive behavior. However, previous studies have not built a systematic framework of a se-ries of concrete proactive behavior to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and this integrate framework. Researching related behavior individually may have influence on the research results. In addition, because leadership behavior is af-fected by organizational context, it is particularly important to do some relevant research in local environment.Therefore, this study attempted to explore the relationship between transforma-tional leadership and employees’proactive behavior in Chinese context from the per-spective of intrinsic motivation. The research framework "Transformational Leader-shipâ†'Intrinsic Motivationâ†'Employees’Proactive Behavior" is constructed and ver-ified. In the perspective of data supporting, a questionnaire is used to investigate 251 employees in native enterprises. Doing statistic analysis, doing hierarchical regression analysis and constructing structural equation model, the results indicate that:First, vision motivation and individualized consideration were significantly and positively related to employees’ proactive behavior.Second, vision motivation, charisma and individualized consideration were signif-icantly and positively related to intrinsic motivation.Third, intrinsic motivation has direct and significant impact on employees’proac-tive behavior, and mediates the relations between and employees’proactive behavior.Finally, through discussing the results, the enlightenment on human resource man-agement in native organizations are expounded.
