In the current economic environment,innovation has become the enterprise survival of the decisive factor,specific to the enterprise level,to put innovation into practice,it must grab from every employee.Working in the organization innovation is to group or individual employees and creative ideas in the successful execution of the organization level,the innovation is based on the employee innovative performance,therefore to study how to improve the employee innovative performance has become an important questions that the enterprise and the management educational world pay attention on.There are two aspects that can affect employee innovative performance,personal characteristics and environmental factors,in the environmental factors the interaction with employees daily work and is the most directly under their leadership,so the style of leadership,directly affect the attitude,motivation and behavior of employees in the work.Transformational leadership as a new type of leadership style has special significance to the promotion of employee innovative performance;In terms of personal characteristics,staff willing to take the initiative to innovation,often depends on the intrinsic motivation of his work.Therefore,the use of motivation theory to explain the influence of transformational leadership on employee innovative performance is a worth studying path.In enterprise,employees tend to work in the form of a department or team,in the process of the impact of leadership style on employee innovative performance,team or department members on their environmental awareness will have important influence on individual members.Team innovation climate as members of the team on their work team awareness of innovation atmosphere,can influence each employee the intrinsic motivation,employees feel different levels of innovation atmosphere,can affect the intrinsic motivation of his work,for example,the concrete is what impact mechanism,has yet to be thoroughly to talk about.For the above research questions,on the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research,this paper analyzes the relationship between the variables,established the transformational leadership,intrinsic motivation,intermediary role model of employee innovative performance,and team innovation climate as influence between transformational leadership and intrinsic motivation of contingency factors are explored.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey to collect data.545 employees of different enterprise formal investigation,questionnaire content including,the transformational leadership and employee innovative performance,measurement of intrinsic motivation and team innovation climate,to control the sex,age,type of enterprise,on the basis of working life,using SPSS19.0,AMOS17.0 and HLM16.0 to deal with the data analysis,the theory of model test,the following conclusions:1.Transformational leadership can promote employee innovative performance,which show a transformational leadership style,the more the leadership of the employee innovative performance level will be improved.2.The intrinsic motivation in transformational leadership influences affect employee innovative performance have partial intermediary role relationship.3.Team innovation climate between transformational leadership and intrinsic motivation plays a positive role.Specifically,the high team innovation climate will enhance the transformational leadership the influence degree of the intrinsic motivation of team members.Management implications of this study:1.Team or department heads should show a transformational leadership style as much as possible,which helps to improve its employee innovative performance,so as to bring the whole team more innovative thinking and innovative way to work.2.The team or department leader should be as much as possible from the aspects of intrinsic work motivation employees(rather than simply by rewards and punishments to extrinsic motivation)motivate employees,because only the employees have a strong intrinsic motivation to work,can arouse the creativity of its own,bring more outstanding achievement for the team.3.All members of the team or department should jointly build an climate conducive to innovation,this kind of climate can adversely affect the intrinsic motivation of the work every one member to make its creativity...
