Health Assessment Of Land Use System In Daqing

Owing to natural resource endowment, Resources city has become an important part of city system. This article selects daqing city as the research object, from the land use system structure,functions, benefits, choosing 28 indicators of daqing city from 2005 to 2014 to study the health level of land use system, using the entropy value method to determine the weight, through the center of the mixed whitenization weight function of grey clustering method to evaluate the dynamic change of land use system health, analyzed the positive factors to promote the development of land use system to the health and obstacle factors of land use system health, the conclusion is as follows:(1)As a resource-based city, daqing in addition to the selection of conventional indicators,also need to consider the development status quo of daqing is in economic transition period. From the land use system structure, function, benefit three aspects: the selection index. Internal connection structure index system(climate index, land use structure), and social economic activity produced by humans through the use of land(social and economic structure). Land use system structure of the decision function, the function mainly reflects in the human use of land capacity of(dynamic) and land supply of human production and living level(stability). Benefits depend on the structure, function, benefit is a kind of system information feedback, divided into social benefit,economic benefit and ecological benefit, benefit is the core of land use system.(2) Land use system has undergone comprehensive health level "unhealthy" â†' "critical state" â†' "relatively healthy" evolution. Daqing city land use system health steadily improving stems mainly from daqing to speed up the implementation of the industrial structure adjustment, build environmentally friendly city achieved positive results. Promoting land-use systems to positive results for the healthy development: to improve agricultural production conditions, land output capacity has been enhanced; oil economy proportion decreased, enhance economic efficiency;improve people’s livelihood, to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas; an increase in the per capita road area, road traffic system are maturing; focus on ecological protection, land degradation can be controlled.(3)Land use system health problems are: social and economic pressures building construction land consumption; economic restructuring and job placement issues outstanding; insufficient water resources to ensure adequate supplies; land market level is not high. Daqing city land use system to enhance the health of the measures are: inefficient construction land redevelopment, adjust and optimize the layout of land use, the land market to deepen the reform, all-round protection to save water recycling.(4) The center of the mixing Whiten Function gray clustering method to determine the mostpart only points of the gray class, gray class boundaries may be blurred.
