The Analysis Of The Influence Caused By The Structure Change Of Industry On Economy Growth In Liaoning Under The View Of Innovation

As the representative of industry of northeast China, Liaoning province developed rapidly after 1978, especially after the implement of the northeast development policy. The GDP of Liaoning province achieved the highest value (15%) in the history of the province in 2007. However, the speed of secondary industry turn to low level after the investment stop, and then the problem of industry structure shown on the desk. The rate of increase going down to 3%, which rank 29 among 31 provinces of China in 2015. This paper do the analysis of Liaoning economy growth on the view of industry structure innovation.This paper described the theory and concept of the economy growth, also including the analysis of the current development status of Liaoning economy. And then do the analyze according to the current status of Liaoning economy. This paper evaluated the status and tendency of Liaoning economy growth based on the statistical data.In the third section, according to the analysis result, the secondary industry acts as the main influence index of the industry, and the second influence index is the tertiary industry, the third influence index is the primary industry. The economy of Liaoning province relies too much on the secondary industry. In 2014, the rate of contribution of tertiary industry was 49.3%, which was higher than the secondary industry. The driving power to the economy of the tertiary industry is 2.8%, which is the same to the secondary industry. Under this situation, there are enough space to get increase of tertiary industry.Based on the status of ecnomic growth and industry structure, this paper finally raised some related suggestion from the view of innovation according to the analysis result.
