Therefore, the development of organic agriculture is to promote the sustainable development of Jiulong county, also promote the Jiulong county social and economic development, one of the important ways to increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen.The on the basis of domestic and international organic agriculture research, according to the natural and social economic development of Jiulong County, through field research, qualitative and quantitative analysis combining methods, and explore the development of organic agriculture in Jiulong County mountain plateau operation mechanism and development model and system proposed the related problems and the countermeasures.
