The Risk Investment Study Of Zhalu Highway Project

Due to road projection with a large investment and long payback period, only relying on government investment the pressure will be huge, that need the support from social forces, at the same time, the social investment has relatively strong demand for the promising government programs, both often coincide, relative to other investment channels, highway project has a more scientific and rigorous decision-making requirements for actual operators, which need to be fully understood and dealt a variety of Internal and external factors.For comprehensive analysis of zhalu highway project’s construction specific issues, in this paper, we base on the theory of risks and investment risks, after comprehensive description the concept of risk, the characteristics of risk, the elements of risk、the process of risk、 the concept of investment risk、the causes of risk investment、the analysis method of risk investment and the countermeasures of risk investment, introduce the basic information、the building objectives and the construction programs of zhalu highway project, through professional analysis tools(Monte Carlo simulation analysis、Sensitivity analysis and Break-Even analysis),leading out and detail analysis the factors which affecting the project benefit, and then discussion the potential external investment risks and internal investment project, that is economic risk, policy、legal risk and decision-making risk, construction risk, technology risk, operational risk, interest rate risk, inflation risk, then system analysis the causes of the potential risks, Proposing the management awareness investment risk and establish risk management philosophy; attaching great importance to political risks and strengthen the management control of external risk; Pay attention to the prevention of financial risk, improving the ability to respond to financial risks;attaching great importance to the construction risk, and promoting the normal operation of the project; controlling strictly of the cost expenditures Increasing supervision of financial, Comprehensive consideration of potential environmental risks of the projects and promoting it sustainable development; Actively responding to the force majeure risk and improving the overall level of risk management and control; promoting the project to achieve the desired effect.
