Research On Developing Strategy Of Health Town In Anshan Tang Gangzi New Town

Constructing Tang Ganzi new town is proposed by Liaoning government and Anshan City. Tang Ganzi new town development is a key economic factor for city Anshan as well as a essential factor for Liaoning provincial economical development.Anshan city government has decided to develop Tang Ganzi new town in the perspective of transforming Anshan Steel industry and expanding the range of city development.Based on this great aim, this thesis firstly analyzes current situation governed by Anshan International Health Development Area and explores its relative location and future development. According to the theory of ecosystem and substantial development, there have been numerous built-up or on-going building Health Town in China, namely, Da Nei countryside in Taiwan, Baoshan Mountain in Shanghai,Minghua Village in Tianjing. On abroad, Barden hot spring village in German,Jinggang medicine valley in Japan and Evan village in France are all included. In fact,Health Industry has become a dominant sector of economy for local residents and they own tourism, residency and local speciality. Therefore,this thesis mainly focuses background,significance,development models and effects of this great strategy of Health New Town Development.In addition, this thesis explores effective ecumenical layout for Health New Town Development and strives to explore an effective way of rural economical development in a more substantial and environmentally-friendly way.
