Studyon The Synergistic Development Of Circulation Industry In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is China’s northern economic center, it with Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta listed as China’s three major economic growth pole. The government work report in 2015 reception "the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" with "One Belt And One Road", "the Yangtze river economic belt" as the country’s three major regional development strategy in the new period. It can be said that the coordinated development of circulation industry is one of factors determine the success or failure of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Because of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation industry structure imbalance, the existence of circulation barriers, make the circulation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration faced with many problems. As the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei continues to advance, the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation does not have a scientific and rigorous definition. Therefore, defining the connotation of the circulation industry coordinated development theory, establishing the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation model and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation mechanism has important theoretical and practical significance for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.This paper starting from the theoretical basis of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation, combed related theory and research frontier of the system theory, synergetic, regional economic theory and so on. Then from the point of view of system theory and synergetic, the current regional economic theory combined with spatial economic theory, defined the meaning of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation theory. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation industry refers to as a regional system, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei’s circulation industry as the three subsystems, the three subsystems circulation between and within each subsystem, namely the circulation between internal elements, under the action of the external environment, how to implement from disorderly to orderly development, formation of each subsystem circulation internal balanced development, complementary advantages, and synergy between each subsystem circulation industry to promote, with suitable for the development of the subsystem, finally achieve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region system circulation state of synergy.Then this article analyzed the circulation industry coordinated development status of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, established the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation composite system model and the index system. The index system mainly includes three major indicators and small nine indicators, and then got empirical analysis by using data from 2006 to 2014. Pointed out problems of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, provided guide for the establishment of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Through the definition of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation industry coordinated development theory and the empirical analysis shown that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation industry didn’t synergic, this article then analyzed the main influencing factors in detail. Finally discussed the circulation industry coordinated development of the three paths of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, mainly includes the process of path, the path of organization and the target, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.
