Evaluation Study On The Synergetic Development Of Inbound Tourism In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

In the “13th Five-Year” tourism development plan of the country,an important strategic plan for strengthening five inter-regional tourism urban agglomerations such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has been formulated,and regional tourism integration has become a new trend in tourism economic development.In recent years,tourism industry has also become the forerunner of the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and has an important driving role in accelerating the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.In recent years,the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei tourism has entered the fast lane.However,from the comparison of the development of domestic and inbound tourism in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,there is still a lot of room for the development of inbound tourism in the three places,which will enhance the inbound tourism of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The maturity and synergy of development play an important role in promoting the synergetic development of the tourism industry in the three places and constantly adapting to the new trend of tourism economic development.Therefore,studying the level of synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism is not only conducive to comprehensively grasping the situation and trend of synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism,but also can provide reference for accelerating the process of synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism.This paper begins with the analysis of the basis,status quo and operational mechanism of the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism: the discovery of the location conditions,transportation facilities,tourism resources,economic relations,tourism cooperation and policy support of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is the synergetic development of inbound tourism in the three places.The basic conditions and advantages of the project;from the current situation of the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism,the synergistic effect of inbound tourism in the three places is initially apparent,and the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism has ushered in an important period of development opportunities;The realization of the synergetic development of inbound tourism in Tianjin and Hebei depends on a comprehensive operational mechanism consisting of a dynamic mechanism,a cooperation mechanism,a coordination mechanism and a guarantee mechanism.Then,from the perspective of system and coordination,an index system and a composite system synergy model suitable for measuring the synergetic development level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism are constructed,which provides a feasible method for evaluating the synergetic development level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism.Subsequently,the data of the corresponding indicators from 2006 to 2017 were selected,and the collaborative development model of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism was empirically evaluated based on the composite system synergy model.The results show that the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism from 2007 to 2017 has been upgraded from the inefficient synergy phase to the basic synergy phase,indicating that synergistic development has achieved certain results.However,due to the unbalanced development of inbound tourism in the three places,the overall tourism supply capacity is lacking,and entry consumption is insufficient.The potential of the source country is yet to be explored,the cooperation of tourism enterprises is not deep enough,the degree of integration of tourism industry is low,and the popularity and attractiveness of tourism brands are insufficient.At present,the level of synergetic development of inbound tourism in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is not high.Finally,based on the results of the previous evaluation of the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism,from the construction of the “big tourism” pattern of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the level of tourism supply synergy will be enhanced,the cooperation between tourism enterprises in the three places will be deepened,the tourism industry will be promoted,and regional tourism brands will be created.In several aspects,the countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inbound tourism have been proposed.
