With the implementation of energy conservation and environmental protection policies, RF company is facing new development opportunity and major challenge which has 20 years of experience in gas industry. With the Singapore energy EQ company affiliating, RF company’s financial strength has been greatly enhanced. Facing with the foreign shareholders of the listed requirements and the competitive gas market, RF attempts to take up the market quickly through mergers and acquisitions.This paper is about RF company’s merger and acquisition strategy research, using the method of above-average returns I/O model, resource-based theory and Michael porter’s five forces model.Firstly, this paper introduces the related theories of strategic management and enterprise merger and acquisition, and on the basis of this, it clarifies the theoretical basis and the basis of RF company’s merger and acquisition integration strategy. By using the basic theory of enterprise strategic management, the basic model and Michael porter’s five forces model makes a in-depth analysis and elaboration of the RF company’s internal environment and external enterprises of the industry environment, finding RF company’s internal and external resources and the company’s core competitiveness. Set up a rapid expansion of gas market of the merger and acquisition strategy according to the core competitiveness of RF company. the choice can be obtained over the profit strategy for the implementation of the strategy.Through the above analysis and research, it points out the direction for the RF company to develop the merger and acquisition integration strategy, but also provides a reference for other enterprises in the merger and acquisition. In this paper, through the in-depth market research after the excavation of the city gas industry segments, and on the basis of the gas end users to provide innovative gas products and services.
