The pharmaceutical industry and the life of the people’s health is closely linked, along with the coming of aging society in China, countries and people to the pharmaceutical industry were given unprecedented attention. Medicine industry policy correlation is still high, in the health system reform in recent years, countries have issued a lot of policy, including the price open, essential medicine policy, low drug policy, drug centralized purchasing policy medicine circulation industry, or even the Internet drug sales policy and so on, all of these make the medical market has a huge change, as the change of came the pharmaceutical marketing channel. Every change made the important role of marketing channel become more prominent. Channel is the important bridge of communication enterprises, is the pharmaceutical production and sales of enterprises to carry out the activity main competitive factors.This paper reviewed the relevant domestic and international marketing channel research background, expounds the development of domestic medical channel construction process. The author is in S company, so as the main research object, the comprehensive analysis on the company S marketing channel development present situation, because of the company S did not build the perfect marketing channel development model, the author combined with the development of marketing channel theory concept, targeted related improvement scheme is put forward.
