As China enters the aging society, changes have quietly taken place in the supply and demand situation of human resource market. The focus of human resource supply in enterprises has had to be transformed from the original external recruitment to internal training. For enterprises, training is becoming more and more important. And in order to improve the effectiveness of training, companies need to establish a set of training management system suitable for their reality.HL Engineering is a construction company which specializing in the planning, designing and construction of intellectualized building. In nearly 20 years of development, HL engineering company has benefited from the stable development of the construction industry, whose scale is growing and scope is widing. In recent years, due to the disappearance of the demographic dividend and the special labor mode of the construction industry, the human resources supply and demand contradiction of HL engineering company is more prominent, which has to turn recruiting from external to improving the efficiency of employees through internal training. But at present, there has been a lack of systematization and ineffectively utilized of the training resources in its employee training. As the company grows and the competition becomes more and more fierce in the industry, the leaders gradually realizes the importance of establishing a training management system.Used the method of literature, questionnaire survey, interview survey, this paper designs a training management process system suitable for HL Engineering by analyzing the status quo of its training management and finding out the existing problems: such as the irrelevance of training and work demands, poor performance of training plan, large of training implementation, low effectiveness of training, and difficulty in evaluating training effects and so on. The entire system includes five aspects, which are training demands, training plans, training implementation, training achievements transformation, training effectiveness evaluation, which form a closed loop. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of HL engineering company, the operation suggestions have been given, aimed to provide reference for the subsequent training work of HL Engineering.
