With the improvement of the national economy standardize, the number of studying abroad in China from 1978 to 2013 is growing rapidly. In 2014, there are more than 413900 students in our country, and the industry annual output size exceeds 200 billion RMB. In order to obtain more market shares and to provide more convenient service to customers, the leading companies in this industry layout in the market and form a pattern of network management. Under the premise of rapid expansion in the market, in order to meet the changing internal and external environment, the company continuously optimize organization adaptability in order to adapt to environmental challenges and finally realize the company strategic objectives.This thesis is based on the study abroad industry organization present situation analysis and research of AJ company and under the guidance of the organization management theory and contingency theory. Taking the research method of literature methodology, the author finds the books and materials and related journals and network resources, experts at home and abroad about the theory of organizational adaptation, organization network and organizational flexibility of research results, and to summarizes the basic knowledge of the organization’s adaptability, which provides this paper theoretical basis for security; Second, using the case method, the questionnaire survey to AJ company’s core management, analyzes the existing problems in organizational adaptability, and why. At the same time, draw lessons from the industry benchmarking enterprises JJL in the successful experience of organizational adaptability, ultimately tease out contingency factors affecting AJ company organizational adaptability.Organizational adaptability is not static, and needs to keep pace with the times. Organizational adaptability need to fully consider the external market environment and enterprise’s different stages of development. In view of more than 10 years’work experience in the industry of studying abroad, and two very representative large education group’s tracking research for many years, this paper studies considers that the contingency factors studying abroad organizational adaptability is closely related to that whether organizational structure set is reasonable, whether the allocation of rights organization is reasonable, whether the organization internal and external information communication is unobstructed, and whether the organizational incentive effect is obvious.Finally, combining with the actual situation of AJ company, starting from the contingency factors of organizational adaptability, this paper puts forward AJ company’s dynamic adaptability of network organization and flexible solution:one is the integrity and rationality of the organizational structure optimization; two is put forward in terms of organization rights allocation global focus and regionalization decisions decentralized strategy; three is to optimize the organization’s information communication such as enterprise information system, optimizing the functions of the headquarters responsibilities and strengthen internal business process standardization; Four is to establish internal and external compensation incentive mechanism; The fifth is to implement the new partition regionalization of grading management mode, etc. This research not only has great significance in reality to AJ company, also has reference value for studying abroad industry. |
