In recent years,the pace of "going out" of Chinese enterprises has been quickened gradually,and transnational investment and merger and acquisition have become an important form of"going out" of Chinese native multinational corporations.Due to the increasing role of Chinese local multinational corporations in promoting the sustained economic growth of China,how to effectively improve the global competitive advantage of Chinese local multinational corporations has become an important research topic.As a key link in the realization of strategic objectives,overseas subsidiaries can help enterprises adapt to the international market and effectively deal with the dynamic uncertainty of the external environment.In the process of development,overseas subsidiaries are embedded not only in the parent company network,but also in the host company.Through better embedding in the host eountry network,all kinds of resources needed for growth can be obtained quickly and accurately.In order to transform these resources into their own abilities,organizational learning is very necessary.Through organizational learning,the subsidiary company can acquire new technology,new knowledge and new ability from the outside of the organization,thus promoting the technological innovation of the enterprise,improving the market competitiveness and adapting to the market of the host country better.Therefore,this paper takes the overseas subsidiaries of multinational enterprises as the research object,through the case analysis,explores how to improve the market adaptability of the overseas subsidiaries of multinational enterprises through network embedding and organizational learning in the course of development under the background of economic globalization.This paper is mainly divided into three parts:first,clear the background significance of the topic,put forward the research issues and research content.To explain the core concepts involved in this paper,to explain the evolution of the relevant theory,to provide a theoretical basis for the later analysis.Secondly,the four overseas subsidiaries of Huawei are studied,and their specific behaviors in the intermational market are analyzed in detail.This paper discusses the mechanism of network embedding,organizational learning and market adaptability,and puts forward the relationship model of network embedding,organizational learning and market adaptability according to the existing research.At the same time,the different situations of subsidiary companies in developing countries and developed countries are compared.Finally,according to the previous study,some conclusions are drawn and suggestions are put forward for multinational enterprises to adapt to overseas market and to improve their competitive advantage.
