Researching For Quality Evaluation And Advancement Of The Newly Reclaimed Land In Fuyang City

With the development of urbanization, expansion of commercial scale, rise of economic aggregate in Fuyang City, the quantity demanded of land is more and more needed. Especially the scale of the land using for constructing in the farmland is larger than ever years. For keeping the requisition-compensation balance of farmland, the measure of area of the newly reclaimed land is be produced larger and larger. The requisition-compensation balance of farmland which is not in relation to the safety and security of our country, but also is the premise of the lives of the people. So this paper research and analysis the site conditions at 2006-2010 years and the conventional nutrient of newly reclaimed land in Fuyang City, making the initial quality evaluation for newly reclaimed land, and then researching the ways how to improve the quality.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows.(1)The quantity balance of farmland in Fuyang City 2006-2010 years:New construction land is 846.24hm2, and newly reclaimed land in Fuyang City 2006-2010 years is 864.75 hm2, only 18.51 hm2 difference between them. The quantity balance of farmland is complete.(2)Site conditions of newly reclaimed land in Fuyang City 2006-2010 years:By researching the slope, altitude, from the roads, from the rural roads and so on, explore the relationship between newly reclaimed land and surrounding areas, then we know that the quality of the newly reclaimed land is poor than the farmland which is constructed.(3)Conventional nutrient index of the newly reclaimed land in Fuyang City 2009-2010 years:By researching pH, N, P, K, organic matter and so on, discovering P is least, organic matter and N is less. The other conventional nutrient index is as much as the farmland. So it is more help for us to know that the the quality of the newly reclaimed land is poor than the farmland which is constructed.(4)The ways how to improve the quality of newly reclaimed land:①Choosing the better site conditions for farming the newly reclaimed land;②Using the organic fertilizer more;③Using reasonable rotation system;④ Developing the new agricultural science and technology;⑤Changing the concept of farmers and popularize the fertilization which is depend on determination of soil and making up a prescription.
