Study On The Increment Value And Income Distribution Of The Levied Farmland

The investigation is based on expropriated farmland and carries through farmland added value law and the reason of no- market price, using economics theory. It arms to establish new land expropriation system about farmland added value distribution, and then ensure peasants could get their basic rights and interests.We discuss every province of our country and use several indexes such as farmland'market price, farmland expropriated price , farmland added value and farmland added multiple After analyzing the contrast between landscape orientation and lengthways about several indexes ,we find that different places and economic developing levels should have different expropriation price. In some places peasants have deep loss degree. Expropriated farmland price increment multiple is more several times than the East. And in the East it is on the other way round.And then, we analysis the lost territory peasants'losing rights and interests because of government'monopolization based on the characteristic of collecting farmland .Finally, we get along the fringe discussion on farmland added value distribution and should phase in market mechanism to induct action of expropriation farmland, gradually, peasants will be imported social security system .This study carry on primary exploring on the implement mode which could pass for the Stock Right of the Collectivity Land.
