This thesis in the study and combs the related real estate feasibility study theory, a comprehensive analysis and study of Dothink company in the investment feasibility of a project in the New East City of Hangzhou, and get the general experience application feasibility study of investment real estate projects for future investment in enterprises, in order to improve the real estate enterprises in the huge risk of market environment, the degree of attention to the use of scientific decision-making.The main research contents include the project ontology, strategic decision and economic evaluation of three parts. Among them, the project ontology includes project belongs to the basic situation of the location, southeast northwest four and were in the internal situation of geography, development projects in the natural environment, traffic conditions, and other life supporting resources factor, the government planning departments of its technical and economic indexes of parcel requirements and the surrounding areas of future development planning; comprehensive use of macro economy, market analysis statistical analysis, architectural planning and design, project positioning, SWOT analysis and comparison of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to provide strategic decision on the basis of various methods such as the real estate project investment and development, in order to judge the feasibility of the project technical; at the same time, the use of real estate appraisal theory of pricing revenue analysis, financial analysis using the method of cash flow, the risk through the analysis of profit and loss balance method and sensitivity analysis method, so as to judge the rationality of project economy.The SWOT analysis method and analytic hierarchy process used in the empirical study derived contribute to scientific decision-making project positioning SWOT-AHP strategy analysis model, the use of real estate valuation to determine the valuation model video prices the market comparison method to derive economic evaluation theory, financial analysis model by using the method of cash flow is derived from the general real real estate projects and for the investment decision of Dothink company’s ten major economic evaluation index.
