Research On The Financial Capability Of DBZY Company And The Promotion Strategy

With rapid economic development and the implementation of the health care system, Biological pharmaceutical industry as a national key support industry ushered in the spring. However, many other factors lead to enterprises of Biological pharmaceutical financial capacity at a lower level, such as poor independent research and development ability, poor level of market concentration and the enterprise core competitive ability is not prominent. Therefore, how to improve financial capacity of enterprise and the enhancement enterprise core competitive power are particularly important. The research on financial capacity based on the actual actuality and comprehensive evaluation of DBZY company financial capacity, then put forward the financial capacity promotion strategy, to promoting the financial capacity of the overall management level.On the basis of the research achievements, by understanding DBZY company background and the present condition of the financial capacity, then build the evaluation index system of DBZY financial capacity and its comprehensive ranking in biopharmaceutical industry. The research results show that DBZY company financial capacity in middle rdi level, ability of risk control is better and financing ability, debt paying ability and profitability level is poorer. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages from financial management, financial activities and financial performance ability of DBZY company to find the reasons of the existence of enterprise financial capacity issues. This paper points out the problems of DBZY company financial capacity mainly includes: corporate governance structure is not reasonable, lack of information platform construction in reasonable planning and management system is not completable, etc. Finally according to the evaluation results, in order to improve the financial capacity of DBZY company to put forward the proposals respectively from six aspects that strengthen corporate governance structure, financing structure of reasonable configuration, the solvency of ascension, allocation of dynamic adjustment, the implementation of financial budget management system and ability to learn and grow the comprehensive training.
