In 2013 the province’s fruit production reached 7.1873 million tons, which ranked first in citrus production, the annual output of3,436,200 tons, accounting for 47.81 percent of the province’s total fruit. Neijiang City,capital of the county which is the main producing areas of blood orange, and in2012successfully applied for "Tarocco blood orange geographical indications." In recent years, under the strong government support, the rapid development of the industrial capital of the county of bloodorange.To2014, capital of the county blood orange acreage to 11hectares, of which production area of 8.65 hectares,annual production reached 55,800 tons, the annual output value of 145 million yuan. But after the author to the capital of the county blood orange main producing areas to conduct field research found that the current capital of the county blood orange industry chain developments still in its infancy, there is a chain system is imperfect, chain linkis not smooth problems.In order to promote the industrial capital of the county faster and better development of blood orange, blood orange capital of the county to enhance industrial competitiveness,promote the capital of the county agricultural development, the author of Blood Orange County-owned industrial organizational efficiency exploratory research.In this study, are provided for the County of blood orange growers and industry acquired companess the research object, through field visits,a questionnaire survey of the way, on the capital of the county town Duguid, Fish Town,the main producing areas, such as blood orange were studied/Through the study of areas, and to figure out the way to the capital of the link blood orange growers, between enter prises and tightness.By using structural equation(SEM),was constructed to measure the capital of the blood orange chain mode! of organizational efficiency and substituting the survey data, the empirical analysis.The empirical results prove that capitalis closely related to cooperation between the ability of blood orange chain organizational efficiency and subjects, willingness to cooperate, collaborate stability.Affect the stability of the organization to produce the greatest organizational efficiency. This shows that the chain structure stability and compact to improve over all organizational efficiency chain organization.Cooperation in capacity and willingness to cooperate in influencing organizational efficiency, it would also affect the stability of cooperation.Studies have shown that the cooperative as the core enterprise of blood orange industry chain model is better than traditional blood orange industry chain model to dealers as the core enterprise. Change of government should be moderate and guide rational industry chain model. At the same time, it should strengthen cooperation strength, improved ability to cooperate, starting three levels of willingness to cultivate cooperation to further promote the rapid development of Zizhong County blood orange chain. The government should attach great importance to enhance the stability and frequency between the main blood orange industry chain cooperation to further enhance cooperation strength. Meanwhile, the industrial chain division of labor between the body should pay attention to the significance of the downstream industry chain, from small peasant economy to a modern business thinking paradigm shift.
