Over 30 years of reform and opening up, China’s small and medium-sized enterprises through a period of rapid development, has now become an important force to promote the development of our national economy. With the changes of domestic and international economic situation, China’s entry into the stage of economic growth of the conversion period. The overall economic slowdown, rising costs, so that the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is bound to be affected, with the increase in operating pressure, the market is highly competitive, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing many difficulties. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition, more and more people in all walks of life have appeared the phenomenon of job burnout. In reality we will find a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises of the grass-roots management staff at work will appear to burnout, they not only physically tired, psychologically to work more or less emotional escape or disgust. This problem has affected the physical and mental health of this group and the development of enterprises, the family and the cause of their families have had no small negative effect. As an important part of the small and medium-sized enterprise personnel, the basic management functions of the management of enterprises’ production, sales, etc. The work enthusiasm and efficiency of the management staff is directly related to the operational efficiency and development of the enterprise. So how to eliminate and reduce the phenomenon of burnout of these managers, to increase the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the management level and efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises have a very important significance.In this paper, the research object of the X clothing Limited company of small and medium-sized enterprises, the research object, the cause and Countermeasure of the job burnout. Firstly, the research situation at home and abroad, followed by X Clothing Co., Ltd, the job burnout of the grass-roots management of the questionnaire survey. Through the interview and questionnaire survey, the phenomenon that the grass-roots management staff of X clothing company is a common phenomenon, and the performance of physical and emotional dimensions has been more prominent. And then through the analysis of relevant data analysis, and job burnout related factors, to find out the reason of the company’s grass-roots management staff of job burnout. From the analysis results we know that the occurrence of job burnout of X company’s grass-roots management staff is related to employees’working attitude, age, education and company management system, so that it can take effective measures to ease the job burnout of grass-roots management staff. In the end, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate or solve the job burnout of X Clothing Co., Ltd from three aspects of individual, organization and society. Further extend, hoping to provide some theoretical reference for the solution of the problem of the job burnout of grass-roots management staff in our country. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background, the research purpose and significance, the domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and methods and possible innovation points.The second part is a summary of the theory of job burnout, which mainly includes the definition, formation mechanism, the formation mechanism, the performance of the job burnout and the negative influence of the job burnout.The third part is the present situation and the cause of the job burnout of the X clothing company. First introduced the basic situation of X clothing company, and then introduced the survey method, questionnaire design, and the results of the questionnaire data analysis. Through the analysis, the present situation of job burnout of the company’s grass-roots management staff is obtained, and the influence of gender, marital status, age, education, etc.. Combined with the conclusions of the relevant literature research and the influence factors of job burnout, the reasons of the job burnout of X clothing company’s basic management staff are presented.The fourth part is the reason of the X clothing company’s grass-roots management staff to produce the job burnout. From the individual level, the organization level and the social level, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of job burnout.The fifth part is the conclusion and Prospect of the research. The research results of this paper are briefly summarized, the existing problems and the future needs of the research work and attention are described in this paper.
