Study On The Improvement Of Export Project Communication Management Of AE Machinery Group Co.

In the export project management of AE Machinery Group Co., there are many relevant units to participate in the project implementation, internal and external related units from a dozen to dozens, even hundreds of, which formed a more complicated project management organization system. As each unit has many staffs involved in the project, and the staff from different levels, it will lead in all sorts of problems in many aspects, such as picking up related personnel, information decoding process and the selection of the ways of information transmission, etc. These problems are leading project implementation into a difficult situation.How to effectively reduce the problem occurred, to improve the efficiency of communication, to ensure the project smoothly implied, above all are the focuses of this thesis. In this article, based on communication management and stakeholder management related theory in the project management body of knowledge PMBOK, the communication model theory, from the selecting relevant stakeholders of communication, coding and decoding information, selection of communication method, etc. the author analyze every link’s problems accrued in the communication management of the heavy machinery enterprise export project. From system design, structure design, selection and application management tools, and such several aspects, to design the problem-shooting plan, and implement in a small scale to test the communication effect, then put forward a set of feasible project communication management plan. And through the implementation in the BPZ project communication management, verify the feasibility and effectiveness of communication improvement measures. This thesis puts forward the improvement measures for the similar projects in the same industry which has a certain reference value in the communication management and promotion value.
