| Along with our urbanization speeding up, the pressure facing the natural environment is increasing, City residents are not satisfied with the existing public green space in City, and people are more willing to achieve the desire of returning to nature. With the development of agricultural ecological tourism and ecological agriculture, urban people going to suburb or long distance rural areas to enjoy rural scenery and rural delight becomes a new tourism choice.Based on ecological agriculture, developing ecological tourism and agriculture ecological garden promotes the sustainable development of both agricultural and tourism.This paper used the method of literature, field survey, questionnaire survey, SWOT analysis, and used the agricultural ecological park in Xichong County Baifusi as the research object to research the development countermeasures of the project planning of the park, aiming at providing reference for the development of the project area. The results are as followed.(1) The natural conditions of Xichong County BaiFu temple is superior, the eco-environment is good, and the terrain is relatively flat. Main scenery contain pastoral landscape, village landscape and forest landscape. The tourism developing is in the initial stage. The situation is that local villager live and grow, while the relative recreation facilities are still not perfect and there is still no perfect supporting system, modern management.(2) Thedevelopment of agricultural ecological park external macro tourism is rising, which offer a good environment to the development of Agricultural Ecological Park. The main source of group traveling to agricultural ecological park are the people who have relative high cultural level and are young workers. Meanwhile,89.38% tourists have a certain understanding of the agricultural ecological park and express strong interest in the agricultural ecological park. The family way travel accounts for about 85.86%.Leisure tourism is very popular, but the tourists spend very limit time on staying in the agricultural ecological park.In the market demand, local characteristics accommodation, catering, traffic and shopping are in the high demand; leisure, sightseeing agriculture, fishing camping and other recreational activities are most popular and; 87.17% of tourists also hope agro-ecological park to further enrich the tourism project.(3) The agricultural ecological park in Xichong County has obvious geographical advantages, such as excellent ecological environment, brand effect,and the attention and support from the government, but also the existence of infrastructure is weak, the landscape value is not high, and the management system is weak. In the grasp of the adjustment of industrial structure, the development of rural tourism, and Sichuan Chengdu economic integration opportunities, we should attach great importance to the coordination of resources development and ecological environment, and the surrounding area competition at the same time. We should continue innovating, and use the flower seedlings, organic agriculture, modern culture as a breakthrough and to subdivide market, prominent features,and develop dislocative, then to form the development pattern of "develop agriculture to promote tourism and in return".(4) Concerning the macro market environment, market research and strategic analysis of agriculture ecological park in Xichong County BaiFu Temple,we can develop a plan to build Temple as a agricultural ecological park by consulting three angles "ecology; industry; tourism";The main market positioning was the eco-agricultural tourism market, rural leisure market, family tourism market, and short-term vacation market.(5) According to the distribution characteristics of BaiFu temple agricultural ecological park landscape resources, we can construct the functional layout of "one landscape and five regional" and the main project plan and design of each functional area; we should actively cultivate the tourism product system which mainly contains four season flower, modern agriculture and leisure experience, then develop the pattern that agricultural support products, so as to drive community development. |
