Research On Tour Landscape Ecological Planning In Altay Region

There are rich tourist resources and unique geographical environment in Altay area of Xinjiang, the tourists and economy become to grow unceasingly because of its natural resource, cultural landscape and unique national flirtatious expressions every year. But, the ecological environment has to be destructed, It is well acknowledged that the development of touristre sources must be based on the principal concepts of ecotourism. However, how to apply the seconcept storeality, and how to realize the harmony between resource development and environmental development is of great significance and is be comingin creasingly the focus of research presently.This article has conducted the traveling landscape ecology plan research to the Altay area by analyzes and profits experience and method of correlation theories from the domestic and foreign, and utilize the patch—corridor—matrix pattern of landscape ecology and its maturer landscape space pattern index system, union GIS and RS technology. This paper has carried on the landscape type classification of Landsat-5TM phantom element distinguish ratio 30 m×30m TM pictures of 1990 and 2000 in the Altay area,and carry on the function district and plannig of traveling landscape in Altay area ,in virtue of the FRAGSTAT software extracte landscape index, through analyses the change of average patch area and entertainment culture value of ecosystem service function of forest, lawn, wetland and water which influence traveling development by the patch—corridor—matrix pattern of landscape ecology and the principle of tour. The research indicates:⑴The landscape type is more and more rich; the uniformity index changes small tendency gradually, the landscape non-uniformity is dropping.But the dominance index is increasing.In a minute dimension, all kind of landscape type minute dimension all above 1.3, showed the shape of various mottlings is complex.The landscape stave degree also increasing, under the humanity disturbant the ecology landscape, the area of farmland, and lawn is increasing.The superiority patch still was the bare earth land during the near ten years.⑵The average patch area of forest, lawn, wetland and water all has drop,which influence traveling development, the entertainment culture value of ecosystem service function has drop which is to be regard as the traveling landscape service function, but the entertainment culture value of water all has elevates. These changes all explains the jamming to these landscapes influences.⑶The paper has carried on the function district and the plan to the Altay area traveling landscape, base on the natural condition and the landscape essential factor characteristic in Altay area and the eco-tourism landscape plan goal, And carry on tourism landscape planning base on the pattern of patch - corridor– matrix of landscape ecology plan to Altay area :the design of patch: Take the Altay area big traveling background as the matrix and divisive six big traveling patchs;the design of corridor: the paper has carried on the plan design to the Altay area traveling corridor from the great region criterion, mesoscale in the Altay area and the small criterion of scenic area,obtains the traveling development in Altay area which to be supposed by the Hanas ecology scenery traveling landscape areaprimarily, the Fuhai natural scenery traveling landscape area is afoundation, Altay city, Burqin County, the Kaba River county, the Fuhai county, the Fuyun county and so on the key city is abacking, causes it to carry on the eco-tourism, become the border trade traveling of Xinjiang, the transnational trade traveling, the prairieculture traveling, the ecology geology popular science traveling and the folk custom character and style traveling place of ideal.
