| The transfer of rural labor from the relatively low efficiency of production to the industrial sector is the common choice of the world’s developed countries in the early stages of economic development. The theory and practice have proved that the rural labor force should be pushed forward from the traditional first industry to second and three industries. As the largest developing country in the world, China wants to promote industrial structure adjustment, first of all, we must do a good job of rural labor transfer. Liaoning Province, as an important industrial base in China, the economic development of province is related to the healthy development of the national level of industrialization, and analyzes the current situation of rural labor transfer in Liaoning Province, find out the factors that affect the transfer of rural labor in Liaoning Province, and then put forward the policy suggestions for promoting the economic development of Liaoning province. In order to highlight the differences between provinces, to achieve local conditions to promote the transfer of rural labor in Liaoning Province, this paper uses a comparative analysis of research methods. As a veteran industrial base, Liaoning province has its own unique geographical and industrial characteristics, and other provinces in the country there is a big difference, and contrast analysis of the significance is not big, therefore, this paper selected for the comparison of geographical location, industrial structure of Jilin province and Heilongjiang province. This paper analyzes the common points and differences between Liaoning province and Jilin Province, province and Heilongjiang Province, summarizes the factors that may affect the transfer of rural labor force in Liaoning Province, and constructs the model of rural labor transfer in Liaoning province. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the policy recommendations of promoting the transfer of rural labor force in Liaoning province. This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction, which describes the research background of this paper. Secondly, explain the research methods and innovation points and shortcomings of this paper. The second part is the literature review, the main research results of the domestic and foreign related literature, to provide the basis for the theory of the post. The third part analyzes the current situation of rural labor transfer in Liaoning Province, mainly from the scale of rural labor force in Liaoning Province, the composition of rural labor force and the transfer of rural labor force in three aspects. The fourth part is the comparative analysis between Liaoning province and Jilin Province, province and Heilongjiang Province, mainly from the common points and differences, which are summarized as the surplus rural labor force, the rural labor transfer radius and the Industrialization Route influence the rural labor transfer, the differences are summarized as transfer speed difference, transfer size and structure difference, the difference of agricultural mechanization level and urbanization level. The fifth part is the empirical analysis, the paper analyzes the factors of rural labor transfer in Liaoning Province on the basis of qualitative analysis, select the variables and construct the empirical analysis model, use the collected data to carry on the final empirical analysis, and the results of empirical analysis are summarized. The sixth part puts forward policy suggestions and suggestions. |
