With the theoretical analysis, combined with SYJTZG limited company basic situation, cost management present situation and existed problems, we found it lack of research and development aspects of cost control for procurement and production operation link and sales management system. Thesie using the value chain analysis tools of SYJTZG Co. to study the cost management optimization effect. Our analysis not only analyzed respectively in the internal and external value chain, but also optimized the conception and the whole value chain design. Becauae of the value chain of SYJTZG, company’s cost management optimized, strategic level rised, strategic allocation of enterprise resources, and the maximum extent reduce enterprise cost for the ultimate goal achieved. Business can be managed better by more perfect cost management methods in the internal and external environment.In this theise, using the value chain analysis tools and combining with SYJTZG Co., Ltd. the existing cost management methods of the SYJTZG Co., Ltd. to study all main value activities. Finally, the whole value chain of the enterprise were optimized, the enterprise internal production activity chain and the value chain of the enterprise related upstream and downstream enterprises. The cost management problems in the SYJIZG Co., Ltd. have improved and formed a long-term competitive advantage. The study conclusion can help for the similar enterprises in the practice.
