| As we all know, color is an important part of the color of clothing, color managementconstitute part of the clothing supply chain management. Compared to the European and Americanenterprises, the digital color management in domestic enterprises started late, only a dozen yearsso far, many enterprises just began to grow, and lack of experience and successful cases forreference. Based on the above background, this research makes the color supply chain as the mainresearch object, the color management products as the main line, compares the advantage thedigital color management with the traditional color supply chain from the perspective of the colormanagement, provides powerful reference for the transformation and upgrade of the traditionalcolor supply chain. This research mainly includes the following four parts:First of all, this study analyses the case of JCPenney on the process and standard of its colorsupply chain and discusses the process of its digital color control quality mainly divided into somekey process: the pass of standard color sample, the analysis of the color sample in suppliers,lab-dip and bulk production, and the color inspection of the finished product.Secondly, this study commences mainly from the transmission of color sample, the inspectionof color quality, the production of lab-dip and middle sample, researches in enterprise and findsthat the digital color supply chain can reduce the operation cost and improve the workingefficiency through the calculation and comparison.Again, due to the advantages of the digital color supply chain mainly is closely related to theproduct, so this study questionnaires survey of the relevant experts respectively from theperspective of the brands and suppliers, constructs a evaluation model through the analytichierarchy process (AHP) method, determines the weight of each related products, and inspectsconsistency, so the evaluation results obtained for enterprise reference.Finally, on the basis of the above weight calculation,it combines fuzzy evaluation withanalytic hierarchy process (AHP) and concludes the level and the points of the supplier’s colormanagement products, so as to verify the digital color management production used by thesupplier can bring greater benefit to the company through conducting validation.This paper researches and analyses the cost and efficiency of the brand clothing color supplychain to a certain extent, the results show that the digital color management products can bringbenefit to the enterprise. From the Angle of color inspection, color measurement products can brings the largest comprehensive benefits to the enterprise;Color measurement and matchingproducts can mostly improve the economic benefit of the company effectively from the point ofproduction. |
