Research On Operation Management Of ATO Company

With the rapid development of China’s e-commerce, small and medium sized logistics enterprises, including the research object of this paper ATO companies, all want to take the advantage of the rapid development of electronic commerce to benefit their own business. However, the development of e-commerce logistics enterprises in China as young as the development of e-commerce many of the operational problems with the growing maturity of e-commerce and gradually showed. Which set the warehousing and distribution of the third party logistics enterprises in accordance with the traditional mode of operation, has been unable to meet the needs of the electricity suppliers for logistics support enterprises. Storage and operation efficiency is low, the operation is not standardized, the high operation error rate, low rate of distribution, the operation cost of the third party logistics enterprises is increasing due to those factors. Therefore, for ATO company and other e-commerce third party logistics enterprises, strengthen the logistics operation management can improve enterprise energy, reduce the operating costs, increase the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, with the theoretical analysis and case analysis, based on the theory of logistics operation in the supply chain management, to study the logistics operation management of ATO company. Along the way of "putting forward the problem-analyzing problem-solving problem", First of all, the logistics industry and e-commerce logistics related concepts and theories are introduced. After that, the ATO company in its different customer classification in the logistics operation status quo analysis. Then, analyze the problems and the causes of the problems occurred in the logistics operations of ATO company, especially the warehouse operation. At last, according to the concrete problems of logistics operation of ATO company, which is from the system level, management system, warehouse operation method and so on, which is feasible for ATO. Hope to take this program and measures to provide guidance for the optimization of logistics operation management of ATO company. In addition, this paper studies the other third party logistics enterprises in the same industry with reference significance.
