Research On The Planning And Measures Of Land Reuse Based On The Mine Geological Environment Restoration

This paper comb and research the definition of land reuse planning and summarize the related theory of land reuse planning. Based on a certain period of time, according to the requirement of social economic development in the region, the connotation of the land resource utilization and rational allocation of land resources is based on scientific forecast, The objectives of land use planning should be considered from seven aspects: human health, environmental safety, protection of agricultural land and other resources, efficiency, transportation, heritage protection and visual beauty. The guiding ideology of land use planning is to ensure the economic oriented, ecological environment and social orientation, and to ensure the sustainable use of land and improve land use efficiency.The land reuse is divided into three parts, which is the nature land reuse, industrial pollution, and the reuse of mine waste land. This paper focuses on researching reuse planning of abandoned mines land and establish the conditions for reuse of abandoned mine premise(Index System) to prepare for the relevant planning. On the basis of determining the method of land reuse planning, planning programs were established, including ecological planning and landscape planning.Restoration measures of mine wasteland reusing were also studied in this paper. Firstly Investigation the status of mining wasteland, and according to the different indicators to determine the mining wasteland of land reuse direction. The Huludao City Yangjiazhangzi was the study area in this paper. Determining the main directions of land reusing are arable land and woodland by the comprehensive study of field investigation and data collected. Secondly, the mine environment restoration was including the engineering measures and ecological measures. The engineering measures including excavation engineering and formation works. Combined with the geological environment in the study area, proposed restoration measures against ground subsidence, ground fissures and the relocation; Ecological measures major in restoration of the ecological environment, including foreign soil backfill and vegetation restoration projects. The study area abandoned mine land environment has been repaired well by specific implementation of relevant projects.
