The Research On The Interactive Development Of Producer Services And High-tech Industry In Liaoning Province

With the continuous improvement of science and technology, as a new industry,Producer services has gradually become one of the leading industries of regional economy. With more and more productive service integrate into the industry chain of High-tech industry, the service level of the industrial structure is gradually increasing,which makes the interactive development of the industry structure become the main trend of regional economic development. Liaoning province has a complete industrial system and rich natural resources, on the basis of this, to promote the interaction between the two industries can speed up the adjustment of regional industrial structure,change the mode of regional economic growth, comprehensive of various types of resources, and increase the comprehensive energy industry in the competition. At present, the industry development of Producer services in Liaoning province is not balanced. The industry with high technology content has a slowly growth, and it can not satisfy the needs of High-tech industry. While the Gross industrial product of High-tech industry is lower than the developed provinces. As more and more scholars study on the interaction between Producer services and High-tech industries, this thesis is to make efforts to further and thorough the study.The structure of this thesis is divided into six chapters. Literature review summarized the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, such as the principle production and classification of the Producer services, the service trend of the High-tech industry, the interaction between the two industries. The theory part clearly defines the concept and characteristics of the two industries, and analyzes the basic theory of industrial interaction from four perspectives: social division of labor,transaction costs, industry associations and industrial integration. The analysis of status quo is about the development of Producer services and High-tech industry in Liaoning province. Empirical is based on co-integration test and gray correlation, to analysisrelationship between the production level, employment level and investment level in three aspects of Producer services and High-tech industry. The results show that the latter is more obvious in the long term, the two industry is strongly related to the state.Through the empirical results, five factors that affect the interaction between the two has summarized. Finally, based on the analysis of the first four chapters, this chapter puts forward the Counter measures of how to develop the interactive of the Producer services and High-tech industry: 1. Strengthen the government security to a new strategic height. Improve the industrial investment environment to broaden the financing channels. 2. Adjust the proportion of the industry’s internal sub industries to promote the balanced development of industry. 3. Enhance the ability of technological innovation to attract high-quality personnel. 4. Construct the industrial interactive platform. Based on the demand of High-tech industry, establish agglomeration area of the Producer services, which is related to the High-tech industry, to promote the interactive development of the two industry in the way of cluster.
