Innovative Development Paths Of Producer Services In Liaoning Province

Along with the global economy turn to service industry, producer services which permeates in business, information technology, finance, logistics and other fields has growed rapidly. Its innovation helps improve the core competitiveness of manufacturing, can be conducive to the improvement of regional innovation system, it also promotes innovative elements to flow rapidly. With the increasingly close interactive relationship with manufacturing, the innovation of two industries has also showed collaborative trend. China is in a new period which to promote public entrepreneurship and innovation, collaborative innovation is particularly important, so the research on innovational development of producer services which is in synergistic relationship with manufacturing can promote the transformation of basic industrial, the construction of reasonable industrial structure and the vigorous development of eco-economy in Liaoning province.In this paper, according to synergetic theory, sectional data which is from 2005 to 2014 of manufacturing and producer services in Liaoning province and simultaneous equation model method has been used to verify the synergistic relationship between producer services and manufacturing in Liaoning province, the innovation process models have been combined, and collaborative innovative theoretical model has been established. Based on theoretical research, the key factors affecting the performance of collaborative innovation have found, including: the environmental factor, the capital factor, the technical factor and the human resource, then a comparative analysis on the collaborative innovation factors of producer services in Liaoning province has made by Haken model which is according to synergetic theory and motive equation, the sequence collaborative innovation order parameters have been derived after solved the equation, then the paths to innovative development of producer services in Liaoning province have been put forward which are technical innovation, financial innovation, environmental innovation and talent innovation as follows.
