Research On Construction Of Rural Cooperative Financial Institutions Tangible Channel

Banking network plays a vital role on its own development while providing financial services and developing financial business, especially in Cixi rural cooperative Bank as a community bank. And it mainly provide service to rural residents and small micro enterprises, who rely on the bank’s tangible net, for that they do not used to use the modern financial services such as e-banking and so on. Thus acquiring financial services through the tangible channel is still priority to network as a traditional way to them. Therefore, a reasonable layout of the tangible net becomes vital significant. Cixi city as the top 100 counties in China as well as one of the seven pioneer counties in Zhejiang province, are rich in financial resources and become the urban and rural credit construction basis and the focus area to the banks. By the year 2011, there are 29 local banks and 321 network institutions in Cixi including Cixi rural cooperative Banks. And there are 126 branches of CXBK occupying nearly forty percent of the market. At the same time, along with new urbanization construction deepening Cixi city, urban and rural reconstruction block spread out, thus brings considerable influence to the network location because of the changing elements of the urban and rural resources flow on the bank.This paper based on the management features of Cixi rural cooperative Banks as a community bank, analyses of the current situation of economic development in Cixi by using the SWOT analysis system, McKinsey matrix analysis technology. Also, the above method is used to re-estimate the value of Cixi rural cooperative Banks separately as each branch or work-site. Comprehensively analysis of the functional position site located, the surrounding customers, site conditions, municipal planning information, radiation circle trade forms an overall evaluation of this paper.
