The Promotion Of The Construction Of Informatization Of Agriculture Science And Technology

It was indicated in the report of 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China: it was necessary to launch a scientifically efficient society management regulation, refine social security system, establish basic public service and social management network. As a pivotal part of modern agricultural basic infrastructure construction, huge progresses were achieved recently, including the establishment of agricultural information network, the promotion of basic standardized public service, the construction of supportively agricultural protection system. Agricultural socialized service system was getting better and the supportive function of technology is getting more obvious.Changning, governing by Hengyang city, is a typical agricultural town occupied mostly by hilly areas. Although the agricultural foundation of Changning was good but agricultural technologies lagged behind; comparing with industrial increase, the increasing rate of agriculture in Changsha was slower and peanuts got lower income. In order to achieve bigger development, improvement of people’s life and comprehensively promotion of new socialist countryside construction, it is necessary to transfer technologies to practical productive forces. In recent years, the promotion of agricultural technologies made outbreaks according to the problems of management systems, human resources, promotion infrastructure, economic inferior. This article indicated the main problems during the construction of agricultural information systems and the reasons, instructed by new service theory, pratical management theory, the third department theory and other associated thoeris, and by intensive researches. A new way to promote the agricultural information system was proposed by the author according to the reality of Changning, in order to provide useful advices for the promotion of agricultural information system in Changning. Further more, the author expecting to provide decisive advices for the construction of new socialist countryside.
