Study On The Development Strategry Of Agriculturation Informatization In National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone

With the progress of economic and technology, the development of agriculture, information technology has been widely applied in China’s agricultural production areas. Modern agricultural demonstration zone, as a key area of agriculture construction of current our country, not only should the responsibility to spread project construction and new product of Modern agricultural demonstration zone, but also have the liability to spread the agricultural informatization technology of Modern agricultural demonstration zone. Researching on the information construction of Modern agricultural demonstration zone, is useful to the construction of the new socialist countryside, useful to the realization of agricultural modernization, useful to promote the organic connection of the farmers and the market, to improve the overall quality of farmers, and change their consumption concept. This paper Taking Xidongting management area of national modern agricultural demonstration zone of Changde city in Hunan province as an example, study on the development of agricultural informatization at home and abroad, and appling the method of questionnaire and interview, summarize the status of agricultural information and the existing problems in the researched area, and finally put forward the agricultural informatization development strategy in the study area. The resule shows:(1) the current of agricultural informatization in the study area:there is a basic scale to spread the training of agricultural informatization and agricultural industrialization,the basic infrastructure of agricultural informatization is improving and the service people of agricultural information are in the growing.(2) the existing problems of agricultural informatization in the study area:there is no clear department of agricultural informatization in the government, the basic infrastructure agricultural informatization is Relatively backward, the agricultural informatization level is low and there is the lack of a a sound information service system.(3) development strategy of development strategy in the study area:Firstly, about the investment subject of agricultural informatization construction, this paper puts forward the investment mode-----government investment and attract domestic. Secondly, based on the improving basic information infrastructure, we should construct agricultural information platform, including agricultural information monitoring system, Supply and demand of agricultural products distribution system, and electronic e-government system in order to realize the unified management of government affairs between city and country. Finally, wo should Give wide publicity to the advantage of agricultural informatization in order to improve farmers’ consciousness of information. In the same time, we should training professional personnel of agricultural informatization.
