With the development of market economy, brand agriculture has already become an important strategy to promote agricultural industrialization. And the construction and development of agricultural brands do not complete by farmers or agricultural enterprises alone. It is particularly critical that local government, especially the local agricultural science and technology organizations play an intervening role for the development of the agricultural brand. The agricultural science and technology organizations in Rizhao City, Shandong province, have carried out a series of useful exploration and practice in the process of agricultural brand building of the local green tea industry.Topic of this paper is to explore the role and related issues of agricultural science and technology organizations in the development of brand agriculture.Based on the related basic theory research of brand agriculture and agricultural science and technology organization as a starting point, the paper use the methods of empirical research, case analysis, to integrate theory with practice. This paper analyzes the effect and the insufficiency of agricultural science and technology organizations towards the green tea industry brand agriculture.And this paper attempts to carry out a discussion of green tea brand agricultural construction status quo combined with related enterprise and its demand for agricultural science and technology organization services. Eventually, based on the inadequate of Agricultural science and agricultural organization in building agricultural brand presence in Rizhao, as well as the needs of agricultural enterprises in agricultural science and technology organizations servicing in building brand agriculture, we put forward a series of targeted measures and suggestions in order to improve their own brand-building, enhance the service capabilities and provide reference for agricultural science and technology organizations in building agricultural brand.
