In order to continually earn profit under current market competition environment, enterprise has to keep/advance capability of developing new products. But many enterprises do not have enough project management control capability which always lead to results like over-budget; over-due; low-efficiency and lack flexibility when meeting changes, a failure project in the end.Apply project management theory to design/develop high quality and added value packaging material with lowest cost in the shortest time to meet variable market demand is the target that enterprise should drive. Theory of project management now is one of the most commonly used methods in enterprise.For project management, time-management is one of most important integral factor needs to be carefully considered. Whether this project could be finished on time is one of the most concerned question and for project leader. Any delay on project could hurt economic returns.Through analyze/discuss packaging material development process applied in company "H" using project management tools/theories. Summary good experience that is needed to learn and deficient place that need to be improved. The author try to provide rationale for establish effective project management system for packaging material development. Research result could guide/coach enterprise who put effort on developing new packaging materials.
