At the beginning of 21th centry, with urbanization accelerated, urban renewal become an important part of urban sustainable development.This thesis explains basic definitions and concepts that related to reconstruction and financing of old city, then looking for the theoretical basis to analyze and solve reconstruction problem, finding out advantages and disadvantages by comparing two different ways of financing for reconstruction.City K’s urban renewal including 382 villages rebuilding and industry relocation, these two tasks have not accomplished in the past 7 years, the major problem of these tasks is shortage of reconstruction financing. Base on that, combining domestic and overseas experiments on urban renewal, exploring the local government financing patterns, relocating power and duties of local government and urban renewal participators, then broaden the financing channels have practical significance.According to this paper, it interprets urban renewal theory, compares financing of urban renewal between domestic and overseas. Through establishing urban renewal foundation to guide public capital to participating in reconstruction, clearing advantages, duties and powers between government and participators give a new way to explore more financing channels for city K’s urban renewal. |
