With the rapid increase in the degree of the whole society and the Internet, the development environment and business model of the payment business has changed a lot. To pay treasure, UnionPay business as the representative of the third party payment agencies, launched a number of other than the traditional cash payment, credit card payment or other forms of payment instruments, such as fast payment, mobile payment and so on, in the network shopping and business to receive a single field occupied a large market share. Commercial banks and other payment institutions gradually form the competition, the future may become fragmented situation. Therefore, in order to enhance the competitiveness of MM commercial bank Yunnan branch, this paper analyzes the electronic payment business of Yunnan branch of MM commercial bank.This paper first reviews the development of electronic payment services in China, and analyzes the performance of four kinds of typical electronic payment services, such as network payment, mobile payment, OTO payment and IC card payment, and discusses the development trend of the electronic payment service. Secondly, the paper compares the third party payment institutions in Yunnan branch of MM commercial bank, and points out the existing problems of Yunnan branch of MM commercial bank. And then put forward the strategy of developing the electronic payment service in the Yunnan branch of MM commercial bank. Hope to be able to contribute to the healthy development of the Yunnan branch of MM commercial bank.
